Warehouse Conversion to Office Training Facility

When Waste Management of Virginia needed additional office, locker and training space to handle their expanding operations they turned to Obsidian.  Our continuing relationship with Waste Management personnel allowed us to work closely with our client to quickly develop plans to renovate existing space and add on additional space. When the construction of this facility is complete, it will house Waste Management’s Atlantic Waste Landfill staff and provide a central location for continued training .

This type of success demonstrates our flexibility and creativity allowing us to provide our clients much more than typical site plans.
